Apprenticeship Contract - Assistant Project Manager (M/F)

Sterimed develops, manufactures, transforms, and markets various types of solutions such as substrates forming a bacterial barrier and preformed sterilization packaging, both for hospitals and medical device manufacturers. As part of the SAP deployment within the group, Sterimed is recruiting an Assistant Project Manager (M/F) in apprenticeship under the supervision of the Project Director.
Responsibilities:
Assist the project director in coordinating and planning projects.
Participate in project meetings preparation and report writing.
Monitor project progress and assist in preparing supporting materials.
Assist in risk and issue management.
Contribute to resource management.
Ensure communication between all project stakeholders.
Learn and become familiar with project management tools.
Your Profile:
A student at the Bac level in university, business school, or engineering, you are available from September for a duration of 24 months. Thanks to your education, you have good knowledge in project management and in new information and communication technologies. Your proficiency in English allows you to attend meetings in English and write reports. You have excellent mastery of Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and possess strong writing and synthesis skills. You are rigorous, methodical, have a listening ear, and a strong team spirit.
