Vos missions & challenges

The Strategic Intelligence Department aims to support and inform the strategic decision-making of Bouygues Construction's top management through market analysis and strategic and competitive intelligence.

Ensuring competitive and strategic monitoring activities for Bouygues Construction companies:

  • Monitoring markets and key competitors’ performance
  • Participating actively in editing strategic reports and newsletters

    • Undertaking thorough market research and competitive analysis that inform strategic decision-making:

  • Conducting benchmarking to assess the performance of major players and to monitor shifts in the competitive landscape and industry standards.
  • Ad hoc strategic analysis ( trends in the construction industry, financial performance analysis, strategic development in specific countries, etc.)

    • Corporate Development

  • Collaborating with internal teams to understand business needs and develop strategic initiatives.
  • Supporting M&A activities

    • Scope : worldwide
